Nina Mühlemann
Nina Mühlemann grew up in Zurich and studied English literature in Basel and London. At the end of 2017, she gained a PhD in Performance and Disability Studies at King’s College London, where she also taught. From the summer of 2018 to the end of 2019, she co-directed the Future Clinic for Critical Care with artist Jeremy Wade, a socio-culturally animated art project with events at Gessnerallee Zurich and the Impulsfestival Vienna, focusing on care and disability. Since the beginning of 2020, she has collaborated with Edwin Ramirez in directing the project Criptonite, a series of crip-queer events at Gessnerallee Zurich that center on the work of artists* with disabilities. Criptonite is part of the Freischswimmen Network 2020–2021. She also co-organized the IntegrART Symposium 2019, a Migros Culture Percentage network project that supports artists with disabilities, and will also lead the IntegrART reflection format 2021.
