Edwin Ramirez

Edwin Ramirez (no pronouns) is a performance artist and stand-up comedian from Zurich. Edwin has been performing on the big comedy stages of German-speaking Switzerland and on Swiss TV since summer 2015. Since the beginning of 2020, Edwin has headed up the Criptonite project, a crip queer program of events in Zurich’s Gessnerallee, together with Nina Mühlemann. Criptonite is a member of the Freischwimmen network 2020–2021. In the past two years, Edwin has also performed at the neumarkt theatre in “Star Magnolia” and “Monster vs. Society” with #BigDreams, as well as in Gessnerallee as part of Neue Dringlichkeit in “Hier! Tickets für die Revolution.”
