For talented young people and career changers
Industry newcomers – up-and-coming talent as well as career changers – are provided with coaching to support the content development process. This Migros Culture Percentage Story Lab initiative supports talented youngsters and provides career changers with the opportunity to work in a new environment. This isn’t an advisory session on dramatic performance, but support with entering the industry.
Coaching at level II: Project managers who’ve already worked with coaches are given the opportunity to arrange four more meetings.
