Coaching
For junior talents
Newcomers are offered coaching to guide them through the content development process, allowing the Story Lab of the Migros Culture Percentage to contribute to supporting junior talent. Newcomers are not only provided with artistic and dramaturgic advice, but also are given an introduction of the relevant sector.
Coaching at level II: project owners who have already worked with a junior coach have an opportunity to arrange four more meetings with their coach.
